In accordance with the AIMS-2-TRIALS Data Access Policy, any commercialisation of any Generated IP shall be subject to prior written consent of the Data Provider and, if deemed required, an appropriate revenue sharing agreement will be negotiated between the parties on fair and reasonable terms. Acknowledgement of AIMS-LEAP as the source of data, the AIMS funding sources, and the role of ELIXIR Luxembourg is required. Please see LEAP Data Access Policy for more details. Any results and further derived data obtained from AIMS-LEAP data will be returned to the AIMS-LEAP group, accompanied by all necessary metadata, so as this data would be interpretable by other researchers. These files of research results (which will be clearly marked for provenance) will in turn be available to other researchers who apply for AIMS-LEAP data. The AIMS-LEAP group will not audit these data for quality control: instead the fact that they are available for review by other researchers should result in an effective form of peer review. If such derived data are included within the AIMS-LEAP own database the origin of the data and the means by which they were derived will be clearly flagged. The USER INSTITUTION ensures that the DATA USER agrees that his/her personal data (at least his/her name, contact details, title and home institution), information on the RESEARCH PROJECT (comprising its abstract and the PUBLICATIONS) may be posted on the AIMS-2 TRIALS Website.
