- A) PD groups (n=325): Idiopathic PD (n=240), Genetic PD with mutation in Parkin, LRRK2 or GBA (n=40), Subject at risk of PD: first degree relatives or iRBD (n=45). B) AD groups (n=150): MCI/Prodromal AD (n=90), preclinical AD (n=60), Healthy C) Controls (n=180): 90 matching PD, 90 matching AD.
